The Nashville Predators host an education night during each regular season.

Students from Rutherford County Schools were chosen to attend this season’s educational night on February 13th.

This event is an opportunity for the Preds and Bridgestone to connect with educators and students from around the state.

This night consisted of a private tour of Bridgestone Arena, tickets to the Predators game that night, and a chance to ask questions to professionals currently employed by Bridgestone and the Predators.

Students from Oakland, Riverdale, and Rockvale all attended.

The professional panel discussed how they came into their positions and the leadership qualities that are required to be successful at each position.

The discussion then moved to how important it is to build relationships and connections in order to land positions.

The students asked the panel great questions and discussed as a group how they can apply the advice they were given to their future work.

After this, the students were able to attend the Nashville Predators matchup against the New Jersey Devils.
