Sixteen students have been honored as all-county winners in the JROTC Raider competition at Riverdale Oct. 29. The event was a culmination of four competitions which took place over the fall.
Blackman was the overall league champion for both male and female Raider categories.

- Oakland: Hannah Cole, Gabriel Hall
- Riverdale: Madison Liggett, Dylan Bennett
- Rockvale: Noah Garrison, Abby Willis
- Siegel: Thomas Morris, Addison Stembridge
- Smyrna: William Gunn, Danielle Moffat
- Stewarts Creek: Shaun Newby, Morgan Sheldon
The awards were presented by Joshua James, county commissioner for district nine. James graduated from Smyrna in 1999 and was a JROTC cadet Battalion Commander.
