Rutherford County Virtual School held its inaugural Career Fair Friday at Lane-Agri Park Community Center.
The event allowed students and parents to connect with representatives from nearly three dozen employers including Publix, Nissan, local law enforcement and safety agencies, and the entertainment industry.
Representatives were chosen based on student interest, invitations from Rutherford Works, and parent volunteers like two-time GRAMMY Award winner Sir The Baptist.
