Forty-three seniors from LaVergne High School officially earned an associate's degree from Motlow State Community College at a graduation ceremony last night.

The students completed their degrees through the joint partnership early college program between the high school, the college and the school district.

These students proudly proclaim that they graduated college before graduating high school, as the high school's traditional graduation will be held later this week on Saturday.

The Early College graduates also held a college signing day on Friday, April 25. Many of the students will be pursuing their bachelor's degrees with universities including Vanderbilt, Middle Tennessee State, Belmont, and the University of Tennessee.
