Blackman High School principal Justin Smith named Will Hester the school’s new head football coach on Jan. 15, 2026.
Hester brings extensive head coaching experience to the Blaze program, having previously led successful programs across Tennessee.
Now at Blackman, Hester looks to build on the school’s strong football tradition and continue developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
