Rutherford County Schools
Rutherford County Schools music ensembles recently performed in the Middle Tennessee Vocal Association's Choral Performance Assessment and the Middle Tennessee School Band and Orchestra Association Concert Performance Assessment.
Ensembles were adjudicated on elements of prepared performance and sight reading and received feedback and ratings for their performances.
Ensembles from the following schools participated: Blackman Middle, Central Magnet, Christiana Middle, Eagleville, LaVergne High, LaVergne Middle, Oakland High, Riverdale High, Rock Springs Middle, Rockvale High, Rockvale Middle, Rocky Fork Middle, Siegel High, Siegel Middle, Smyrna High, Smyrna Middle, Stewarts Creek High, Stewarts Creek Middle, Thurman Francis Arts Academy, and Whitworth-Buchanan Middle.
We congratulate all RCS ensembles who went through the rigorous process of preparing for these performances!
The following groups received the Superior ratings from all judges in both prepared performance and sight reading.
