10 Rutherford students graduate from Project SEARCH

10 Rutherford County Schools students with disabilities recently graduated from Project SEARCH.

Project SEARCH is a worldwide internship program for people with disabilities to learn work skills. This local program's partners include Rutherford County Schools, Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, and Vocational Rehabilitation and Progress Inc.

The graduation was held on May 22 at Embassy Suites and Rutherford County Mayor Ernest Burgess was the featured speaker.

This year marked the third class of Rutherford County students, and 10 interns graduated. They are: Alex Damon, Colby Dixon, Amando Dowell, Kathy Jackson, Katie Lawrence, Levon Mastin, Devyn Reeves, Kacey Rollyson, Keith Willhoite, Sa Ra Wah.
