Chloe King was selected from thousands of young dancers hoping to be profiled in Jonathan Givens’ latest photo book.
King, a freshman at Stewarts Creek High School, was photographed as an eighth-grader at Big South Fork National Park in August 2016.
Givens’ book, “Dance Across the USA,” took him to all 50 states in a matter of 90 days with the sole purpose of photographing dancers in national parks and other iconic settings. The dancers range in age from five to 61 years old.
The book is due to be released this month.
The actual photo of King that will be featured in “Dance Across the USA” will not unveiled until the Dec. 9 release date.
