Congratulations to RCS Career and Technical Education Coordinator Tyra Pilgrim, who was named Region II Administrator of the Year today by the Association of Career and Technical Education.
Region II consists of Tennessee, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Kentucky. She is one of five finalists for national award, which will be named in November in Phoenix, Arizona.
