The La Vergne Middle School Debutante Club hosted The Fisk University Royal Court to do a special presentation for our 8th grade student body, the Debutante and Men of Distinction student organizations. These Royals shared their high school preparations, academic journeys, personal experiences, campus life fun, and community service projects with our students. Our 8th grade Royals joined them on stage.
The LMS student body asked the royals questions pertaining to what they did in high to prepare them for college, how does community service help build community relationships, and what kind grades are required to be a campus Queen or King.
The LMS Debutantes presented the Fisk University Royal Court with a painting done by Kyle Carter.
Ms. Janice Adams and Mrs. Valencia Dobson are the sponsors for the LMS Debutante Club.
Dr. Andre Rischer is the sponsor for the LMS Men of Distinction Club.
