Deadline for health screenings is in 15 days!

Biometric screenings and online assessments are due on Sept. 30, 2016 for active medical insurance subscribers with a hire date before Aug. 1, 2016. If you miss the deadline, you will be fined $300 on your medical insurance premiums. 

  1. Screen – Fasting biometric screening for employees and spouses at MedPoint clinic or your physician between January 1, 2016 and September 30, 2016.
  2. Assess – Online health assessments for employees and spouses at mycigna.com. Take/retake your assessment at www.mycigna.com between January 1, 2016 and September 30, 2016.
  3. Confirm – Confirm Cigna has you listed as complete at www.mycigna.com in the 2016 date span (SEE PDF). How To confirm Cigna points.pdf

How to change settings to limit "Reply All" emails

Reply settings can be easily changed so that users don't inadvertently reply to all users in an email thread when they intended to reply only to the sender.
