Central Magnet School ranked second best public high school in Tennessee

SIx Rutherford County high schools are ranked among the Top 100 in Tennessee, and Central Magnet School is ranked second in the state, according to a new report released by the website Niche.com

In addition to Central’s ranking, Blackman High School ranks 32nd; Siegel High School ranks 35th; Oakland High School ranks 50th; Riverdale High School ranks 59th; and Stewarts Creek High School ranks 71st. There are 374 public high schools in Tennessee.

The website also ranks Rutherford County Schools within the Top 10 school districts in Tennessee, and the third best in the Nashville Metropolitan area. There are approximately 140 school districts in Tennessee.
