This is James Evans with Rutherford County Schools, and we are contacting you this morning about road conditions impacted by flooding.
We only have reports of one road closure this morning because of flooding and so Rutherford County Schools will be open.
But we have instructed our bus drivers to use their discretion if they encounter water on their routes. Please remind your student drivers to do the same and to use all necessary caution.
We will excuse any student who is late or cannot attend today because of road conditions affecting their route to school.
