If you are currently pursuing at least a master’s degree in School Counseling and seeking a Practicum or Internship placement, please fill out the School Counseling Practicum/Internship Interest Form and we will be in touch soon.

 

Please note the following important information regarding placements:

  • Before we can proceed, we must verify that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is on file between your university’s counseling program and Rutherford County Schools.
  • To ensure a smooth process, please do not contact individual schools directly regarding placement. Doing so may affect your eligibility for placement.
  • Placement decisions are based on multiple factors, and we strive to match students with appropriate sites that support their professional growth.
