On December 18, 2023, Rutherford County Schools will be going live with a new application software (My Smart Hire). Moving forward from December 18, all applicants will need to register and apply for open positions through My Smart Hire, as current hiring managers and principals will no longer see your applications from PowerSchool. You will continue to access the application link through the RCS Human Resources/Available Jobs page. December 15 is the last day to access your application in PowerSchool to retrieve any information or documents stored in your profile.
